Watch Marc Mani lift the face and neck through the composite plane without a preauricular incision
The scarless endoscopic facelift course follows Dr. Marc Mani through four narrated operations — three endoscopic en bloc composite plane lifts and one open Total Composite Flap — with Endotine Ribbon and cable-suture suspension, hemostatic nets, platysmaplasty, gland reduction, transconjunctival blepharoplasty and MIST™ fat transfer shown on real patients.

The programme
Markings, planning & the case narrative
Every operation opens with the preoperative marking session and closes with dressings and the aftercare regimen Dr. Mani prescribes. Between those points he talks through each choice, so the viewer hears the reasoning that shaped his approach over time rather than a silent recording.
Composite plane access in the scarless endoscopic facelift course
Three patients receive an endoscopic en bloc composite plane lift of the face and neck, with direct SMAS cuff fixation and no incision in front of the ear. Scope views paired with drawn overlays make the facial nerve and surrounding deep structures easy to identify.
Suspension hardware & haematoma prevention
Indications and placement are explained for the Endotine Ribbon, for cable sutures and for hemostatic nets intended to reduce haematoma and seroma risk. Seeing the same devices used across several patients clarifies when the surgeon prefers one suspension method over another.
Endoscopic brow, temporal tunnel & eyelid work
Brow elevation through the scope is combined with temporal tunnel midface lifting and, in one patient, endoscopic upper blepharoplasty. Lower lids are treated transconjunctivally with internal fat repositioning that needs no bolsters, including removal of fat placed in the orbicularis during an earlier procedure.
Neck contouring with digastric & gland reduction
Platysmaplasty is shown alone and together with digastric muscle reduction, while two cases add submandibular or salivary gland reduction performed with a Ligasure device. These segments matter to any surgeon who wants a sharper cervicomental angle alongside the facial lift.
Open Total Composite Flap & MIST™ regeneration
The single open case shows incision design and closure planned to keep the preauricular scar inconspicuous. Fat harvest followed by MIST™, his trademarked stromovascular injection, is presented as a regenerative option to lasers and peels for fine lines and sun damage.
Who it’s for
- Aesthetic plastic surgeons evaluate a deep plane lift that avoids the incision in front of the ear
- Facial plastic surgeons study endoscopic views of the facial nerve during composite plane elevation
- Craniofacial and cosmetic surgeons compare Endotine, cable-suture and SMAS cuff suspension in full cases
- Senior residents and fellows follow complete face, neck and eyelid sequences from marking to dressing
The consult
Is every case performed endoscopically?
No — three of the four patients have the scarless endoscopic lift, and the third case is an open Total Composite Flap face and neck lift, which lets you compare both routes with the same surgeon.
How old are the patients shown?
All four are women, aged 47, 53, 54 and 60, so the series covers a realistic range of ageing presentations for facial rejuvenation.
Are subtitles provided with the videos?
Yes — each of the four recordings comes with its own SRT subtitle file, which helps when following the narration during technical moments.
Can I learn the technique from the videos alone?
The cases are aimed at surgeons who already perform facelifts. Watching operative footage is educational and does not replace supervised surgical training or local credentialing requirements.
How soon can I start watching?
The course opens immediately once payment clears, and your access never expires.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Derma Academy provides the course files only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included.
