Primary direct deep plane lifts
Two female primary cases show Bravo’s direct deep plane face lift combined with a dual plane deep reduction neck lift and facial fat grafting. One adds a deep gliding brow lift; the other finishes with a philtrum-accentuating upper lip lift.
Secondary surgery in the deep plane neck lift course
A 59-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman return after previous lifting. Watch how markings, incision placement and deep plane release are adapted to scarred tissue to avoid the telltale signs of an operated face.
Upper and midface rejuvenation
