The programme
Choosing a central pedicle for a long notch-to-nipple distance
The first patient, aged 67 with grade 3 ptosis and a 30 cm sternal notch-to-nipple measurement, needs substantial nipple elevation. The lesson explains why a superior pedicle risked circulation at that lift height and how soft-tissue support reinforces the reduction.
Secondary lift with popcorn capsulorrhaphy
A patient with saline implants asks for a rounder, more projected upper pole at the same overall volume. The plan combines implant exchange, mesh-reinforced capsulorrhaphy and removal of axillary breast tissue on both sides.
Ribeiro flap in the Spanish mastopexy course
A 40-year-old moving from a D to a small C cup keeps upper pole fullness through an inferior island flap fixed higher on the chest. Planned values include a 25 to 21 cm notch-to-nipple change and a 42 mm areola target.
Augmentation mastopexy with absorbable mesh
