The programme
Foundations through four complete primary cases
The first volume, over six hours long, establishes Nayak’s deep plane anatomy and core manoeuvres through four full face and neck operations. Each case shows how deep support layers are released and repositioned to correct jowling and lift the midface.
Difficult necks & challenging faces
Volume two turns to specific anatomies: a male patient with an obtuse neck, microgenia and weak jawline, a hereditary obtuse neck with panfacial aging and heavy, aged lower eyelids. A recurrent, advanced aging case demonstrates secondary surgery.
Comprehensive neck contouring in the lifting profundo do pescoço series
Neck work goes past liposuction to address subplatysmal fat, digastric muscles and submandibular glands. A 32-year-old patient undergoes an isolated deep neck lift with buccal fat reduction and fat transfer, showing the approach in a younger face.
Extended deep plane lifts with combined procedures
Volume three follows two women aged 57 and 61 across multiple parts as extended deep plane face and neck lifts are combined with brow lifting. Lip lift, lip filling, buccal fat reduction and full-face CO2 laser resurfacing complete each plan.
Revision surgery & finishing refinements

Why do the first-volume lesson titles mention Vol 2?
The four opening case files carry a “Vol 2” label in their titles, while volume two’s cases list patient ages as unspecified. These are labelling quirks; the cases themselves are complete operations.
Which combined procedures appear alongside the facelifts?
Cases include brow lifts, lip lifts, lip filling, buccal fat reduction, fat transfer, upper blepharoplasty and full-face CO2 laser resurfacing.
Will this series qualify me to perform deep plane surgery?
It is advanced observational material for surgeons already trained in facial surgery. It does not replace supervised deep plane training or hospital privileges.
