Watch deep plane facelifting, brow and lip lifts performed and debated
The facelift master course pairs Ramtin Kassir’s live rejuvenation surgery — deep plane facelift, brow lift, lip lift and ear reshaping — with two long surgeon round-tables comparing incisions, suture choices, fat grafting and tension management, so you see both the operation and the reasoning colleagues bring to it.

The programme
Rejuvenation anatomy explained at the table
The opening session walks through facial layers while live procedures unfold, linking release points and vector choices to contour restoration. Nerve and vessel preservation is stressed every time the dissection approaches a danger area.
Deep plane work in the facelift master course
A two-hour demonstration follows a deep plane facelift alongside an ear reshaping and a lip lift. Kassir directs assistants, names instruments and explains how tension is placed on deep tissue rather than skin.
Brow and lip lifting as companion procedures
Upper-face and perioral procedures appear next to the facelift so you can judge how incision placement and suture technique change between regions. The commentary keeps returning to natural contour rather than maximal pull.
Surgeon round-table on technique choices
Two informal discussion sessions bring several surgeons together to debate deep plane approaches, fat grafting, suture materials and complications. Personal preferences and case anecdotes are shared openly, alongside occasional off-topic conversation.
Beyond the face: abdominoplasty and otoplasty talk
The second panel widens to tummy tucks and ear surgery, comparing preferred methods and the risks each carries. It is conversational teaching that complements, rather than repeats, the operative footage.
Who it’s for
- Facial plastic surgeons observe a complete deep plane facelift with adjunct brow and lip procedures
- Plastic surgeons hear experienced peers argue the trade-offs of competing lifting techniques
- Surgeons refining their facelift revisit tension management, incision design and nerve protection
The consult
How much of the programme is actual surgery?
The first two lessons, close to four hours, are operative demonstrations. Lessons three and four, about three and a half hours together, are recorded discussions among surgeons rather than live cases.
Are the discussion sessions formal lectures?
No — they are relaxed conversations with debate, anecdotes and some unrelated banter. Buyers looking for slide-based teaching should expect a looser format in that half.
Which procedures appear on camera?
A deep plane facelift, brow lift, lip lift and ear reshaping are shown. Abdominoplasty and ear surgery are discussed in the second panel but not demonstrated.
Is it suitable for surgeons starting out in facelifting?
It is pitched at experienced plastic surgeons. Use it to observe and compare technique; it does not replace hands-on supervised training.
What happens after I pay?
All four lessons open immediately, and you can return to them whenever you like with no expiry date.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Derma Academy provides the course files only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included.
