Follow two complete temporal lifts with Hakan Sirinoglu, hall to theatre
The temporal lift live surgery recordings from the second AngelsVR meeting bring two full operating-room days and accompanying hall sessions in which Hakan Sirinoglu discusses patient analysis, endoscopic and minimal-incision upper-face rejuvenation, temple lift combined with blepharoplasty, scar-tissue dissection and the postoperative recovery period.

The programme
Rethinking upper-face rejuvenation
The opening hall session describes the shift from traditional facelifting toward less invasive endoscopic approaches through small incisions. Sirinoglu draws on two decades of practice to argue for reshaping the face rather than only smoothing lines.
Theatre days in the temporal lift live surgery series
Two operating-room recordings of four and a half and more than six hours follow each patient through the procedure in real time. Attendees’ questions about individual anatomy and earlier surgery are taken during the second case.
Temple lift with blepharoplasty
A day-two hall segment plans a combined temporal lift and eyelid procedure for laxity around the eyes and temples. Incision placement and the dissection plane are presented as the decisive steps.
Scar tissue, positioning & incision length
Further talks address dissection through scarred tissue, patient positioning and when to preserve muscle that provides support. Anatomical illustrations show how overextended incisions can weaken the skin and distort the result.
Recovery, alternatives & long-term view
Sessions on aftercare cover the discomfort of compression garments and other early restrictions. Comparative discussion weighs various facial rejuvenation methods against their complications, durability and patient satisfaction.
Who it’s for
- Facial plastic surgeons observe a temple lift technique performed start to finish without editing
- Oculoplastic surgeons see how temporal lifting is planned together with blepharoplasty
- Plastic surgeons exploring endoscopic approaches hear the rationale for minimal-incision upper-face work
- Surgeons with patience for long-form footage gain intraoperative detail that edited videos leave out
The consult
How polished are the recordings?
They are raw meeting files named by date and room. Expect microphone checks, greetings, set-up time and pauses, especially at the start of the operating-room recordings.
Is every session on topic?
Most are, but one day-two hall recording of about an hour and a half appears to contain unrelated personal remarks rather than surgical teaching, so the useful runtime is shorter than 22 hours.
Who performs the surgery?
Hakan Sirinoglu presents both the theory and the two live operations, sharing his own technique and experience.
Can I learn the procedure from the videos alone?
The footage shows reasoning and technique in detail, but it is observational and does not replace supervised surgical training.
When is the course unlocked?
All eight recordings appear in your account straight after payment, with no viewing deadline.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Derma Academy provides the course files only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included.
