Grow from first-year dermatology PA to confident advanced practitioner, one tier at a time
The dermatology PA conference recordings from San Antonio, November 2025, combine plenaries on JAK inhibitors, GLP-1 agonists, cutaneous lymphoma, psoriatic arthritis and paediatric cases with beginner, intermediate and advanced breakouts on acne, hidradenitis, skin cancer, nails, suturing, dermatopathology, lichenoid and bullous disease, vasculitis, GVHD and mastocytosis.

The programme
Systemic therapy & immunology plenaries
General sessions explain the immunology behind inflammatory skin disease and then apply it to JAK inhibitor therapy, GLP-1 agonists in dermatology and the joint between psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. A separate breakout examines where JAK inhibitors are being used off label.
Beginner tracks in the dermatology PA conference recordings
Newer clinicians start with acne and rosacea, atopic dermatitis basics, hidradenitis suppurativa and skin cancer recognition for the PA. Microlearning blocks add hyperhidrosis, granuloma annulare and simple office procedures.
Intermediate skills: nails, sutures & pathology
Intermediate breakouts cover benign and malignant nail disease with biopsy technique, suturing methods and how to interpret a dermatopathology report. The microbiome in skin disease and practical coding round out this level.
Advanced medical dermatology
Advanced sessions go deep into lichenoid eruptions, bullous disease from basement membrane biology to treatment, cutaneous vasculitis, graft-versus-host disease and systemic mastocytosis. A microlearning slot introduces artificial intelligence, genetics and precision medicine.
Red flags, lymphoma & complex paediatrics
Plenaries address which clinic patients need hospital admission, how cutaneous lymphomas are diagnosed and managed, connective tissue disease and inherited skin disorders worth referring. A paediatric talk demystifies children whose rashes behave differently from adult disease.
Cosmetic topics, ethics & the PA profession
Talks on cosmeceuticals, hyperpigmentation, lifestyle factors and social media trends sit beside ethical dilemmas and a lively expert panel. Career sessions explore the modern PA–dermatologist partnership, productivity and roles outside the clinic.
Who it’s for
- Dermatology physician assistants choose sessions matched to beginner, intermediate or advanced experience
- Nurse practitioners in dermatology update systemic therapy and medical dermatology knowledge
- Supervising dermatologists understand how PA colleagues are trained and supported
- New dermatology clinicians build procedural, coding and pathology-reading skills
The consult
Why do some titles appear more than once?
Several microlearning breakouts are divided into two or three files, so the 39 video files represent somewhat fewer distinct sessions.
Are speaker names shown on the videos?
The videos are labelled by session title; speakers are identifiable mainly through the slide handout file names.
What do the handouts contain?
There are 32 PDF slide sets plus one PowerPoint file, covering most plenaries and many breakouts, including suturing and basic procedure material.
Is it only relevant to PAs?
The meeting is organised for dermatology PAs, but the clinical sessions suit any clinician in medical dermatology; the career talks are PA-specific.
How fast can I access the package?
Videos and handouts are unlocked at the moment of purchase, and your access is never withdrawn.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Derma Academy provides the course files only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included.
