The programme
Foundational cases & the Nayak deep plane approach
The first volume presents four complete face and neck operations that establish the surgeon’s routine, from flap elevation beneath the SMAS to repositioning of the deeper support layers. It is the natural starting point before moving into more demanding anatomy.
Difficult necks and challenging faces
Volume two turns to patients who rarely respond to a standard lift: an oblique neck with microgenia and a weak jawline, a hereditary oblique neck with panfacial ageing, heavy lower eyelids and recurrent advanced ageing after earlier surgery. Each case shows how the plan adapts.
Subplatysmal structures in the deep neck lift video series
Throughout the volumes the neck is treated well beyond liposuction, with attention to the digastric muscles, submandibular glands and fat lying under the platysma. Watching repeated cases helps clarify when and how each structure is addressed to define the cervicomandibular angle.
Combination surgery & perioral refinement
The final volume follows extended deep plane lifts paired with brow lift, lip lift, lip filler, buccal fat reduction and fat transfer. A younger patient receives an isolated deep neck lift, showing how the same principles scale down for earlier presentations.

The consult
Is this lecture-based or operative footage?
It is almost entirely operative footage. The 18 recordings are case videos, some split into several parts, so the course suits surgeons who learn by watching complete procedures rather than slides.
Do the case titles tell me the patient details?
Most do, with age, sex and planned procedures listed. The four second-volume cases omit the patient’s age in their titles and describe only sex and the main problem, such as an oblique neck or heavy lower lids.
Are other procedures shown besides the facelift?
Yes. Several cases include brow lift, lip lift, upper blepharoplasty, buccal fat reduction, fat transfer, lip filler or full-face CO2 laser resurfacing alongside the face and neck surgery.
Is there another edition I might already own?
A Portuguese-titled version of these same three volumes is offered as a separate product, so check your library to avoid buying the footage twice.
