The programme
Regenerative adjuncts: microfat, nanofat & PRF
A live lecture session opens with Hégena L. Costa on microfat, nanofat and PRF as tools in facial surgery. Manoel Pereira follows with platelet-rich fibrin and its role in rhinoplasty and wound healing.
Hairline advancement from cadaver to theatre
Lucas Patrocinio moves from a theory lesson to a cadaver dissection and then a full operation that advances the hairline while addressing the temporal recesses. The three-step sequence links planning, anatomy and execution.
Upper & lower blepharoplasty in the Rhinoface FACE course
The longest teaching block pairs lectures on upper blepharoplasty, brow suspension and lower blepharoplasty with cadaver demonstrations of both lids. It finishes with a commented operation narrated by Tomas Patrocinio.
Endoscopic & lateral forehead lifting
A focused seventeen-minute lecture reviews options for brow ptosis, individual assessment and fixation of the frontal region. Fixation materials and sites, the evolution of technique and how to set realistic expectations with patients are discussed.
Deep plane facelift with combined procedures
Leandro Pellarin performs a deep plane rhytidectomy together with upper blepharoplasty and fat filling over more than four hours. Marking, his preferred anaesthetic infiltration points and the demands of combining facial procedures are explained along the way.

What language is the teaching in?
All lessons are taught in Portuguese. There are no English subtitles indicated, so fluency in Portuguese is needed to follow the commentary.
Is the running time spread evenly?
No. The deep plane facelift case accounts for 4 hours 25 minutes, while the forehead lifting lecture lasts 17 minutes, so some topics are covered far more extensively than others.
Who teaches beyond the four main faculty?
The blepharoplasty module also features Tomas Patrocinio, Fábio Maniglia and Ricardo Maniglia, who present the upper lid, brow suspension and lower lid lectures respectively.
Does it include rhinoplasty technique?
Rhinoplasty appears only through the lecture on platelet-rich fibrin in nasal surgery and healing. The course centres on eyelids, brow, hairline and facelift rather than nasal surgery itself.
