The programme
Preoperative goals & case planning
Every case begins with a review of the patient’s appearance, concerns and surgical objectives before any infiltration. Watching the reasoning first makes it clear why each combination of lifting, augmentation and fat transfer was selected.
Tarsal fixation blepharoplasty & brow surgery
Upper lids are treated with tarsal fixation, layered dissection and careful protection of neurovascular structures. Brow ptosis is addressed through coronal lifting with corrugator resection and fascia grafting, and outer brow bone projection is restored with augmentation.
Skeletal augmentation in the Mendelson facial rejuvenation course
Hydroxyapatite and coral granules are placed along the orbital rim, zygoma, maxilla, mandible and prejowl to replace lost bony support. Tunnelling, even granule distribution and risks such as periosteal tears or displacement are discussed in detail.
Composite face lift, neck & temporal lift
The limited dissection composite face lift is demonstrated with posterior platysma suspension, safe undermining within defined planes and access to the prezygomatic and premasseteric spaces. A superficial temporal lift and preservation of the buccal fat pad feature in later cases.
Lipogems fat processing & lipoinfiltration
Fat is harvested, cleaned and concentrated with the Lipogems system, then injected into the brows, perioral region, chin, jawline and lips. Dedicated technique collections let viewers study fat transfer separately from the full-length operations.
Secondary correction & layered closure
One patient receives drill hole canthopexy to correct lower lid malposition after earlier surgery, while others need revision of jawline laxity. Closure behind the earlobe, tension distribution and the suture removal schedule are covered before short outcome reviews.
