What Derma Academy (derma.academy) collects, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address and country, plus the order itself. Payments are processed by our payment providers — your card details never reach our servers. Request and contact forms store what you type in them, and nothing else.
What we use it for
- Delivering purchases and access emails
- Answering support and sourcing requests
- Legal obligations (tax and accounting records)
We send one email when a requested course becomes available. We do not run marketing lists, and we never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies
The store uses essential cookies for the cart, login and checkout, and basic analytics to see which pages are used. Details live in the cookies policy.
Retention & your rights
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires; account data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us at any time to export or delete the personal data we hold about you — email support@derma.academy and we’ll action it within 30 days.
Security
The site runs over SSL, checkout is encrypted end-to-end, and access to order data is limited to the support staff who need it.
